Shipping policy

Kathrin Kidger Designs drivers + Pickup Point staff have been instructed to not make physical contact with any customers + keep a safe distance at all times. Packages will be placed on a surface indicated by our customers, the driver or staff member will then back away and allow the customer to pick up their package themselves. Our drivers + Pickup Point staff will also now sign for packages on behalf of customers.

Collection:

You will be notified by Kathrin Kidger Designs via email when your order will be ready for collection. You will be sent the process and address via mail.

Please note this is a collection address/pick-up point ONLY.

This is for KZN only, you can press Local Collection if you are coming to KZN but lease check date for collection prior to doing this.

Standard Delivery:

2-4 Working days depending on item ordered.

Outlying Area’s:

Please ensure you click on outlying areas if you are based in one. 

Should you click regional by accident you will be sent an invoice for balance due on courier prior to dispatch.

3-5 Days for outlying area’s depending on item ordered.
